Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by Visibel, trading name of BUZZ CX INDIA (DELHI) LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us"). By signing up or using our services, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide digital marketing services tailored for hospitality businesses, including but not limited to:
Google Ads management
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Reporting and analytics
Campaign setup and optimisation
All services are packaged under defined monthly plans, as described on our website.
Service Activation & Onboarding
Services commence upon successful payment and completion of the onboarding process, which includes:
Sharing business details and objectives
Granting access to relevant ad platforms and tools
Confirming campaign goals and monthly budgets
We aim to launch most campaigns within 7 days of onboarding, subject to receiving all required information.
Fees & Payments
All services are billed monthly in advance, via GoCardless or other approved providers.
Clients are responsible for their own media/ad spend, which is billed directly by the ad platforms (e.g. Google, Meta).
Fees are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Late or failed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding and throughout the engagement
Maintain your own accounts with Google, Meta, or other ad platforms
Inform us of any changes to business goals or budget in advance
Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our strategies or internal tools
Cancellation & Termination
All plans are monthly rolling with no long-term contracts.
You may cancel at any time via email. Cancellation must be received at least 3 working days before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate service for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All creative assets, reports, and strategies created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use deliverables for your business only.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, financial, and technical information confidential, unless required by law or regulatory authorities.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific marketing results or returns. While we aim for strong performance, results depend on multiple external factors (e.g., market conditions, platform algorithms).
Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Clients will be notified of changes via email or on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
